| I actual read and logged your previous post about this
| solution. I will
| implement it today. The thing is, our server is not under
| much load and
| these crashes keep occuring. The crash last night was
| different though, did
| you notice the Dr.Watson error?

I did see a Dr.Watson a while back. But it hasn't happened since. So I
didn't catch what it was.

| Also, the "time out long running requests" in the cfadmin
| does not work,
| does it? So, should I set my max. simultaneous requests
| higher than 10? I
| think the system can handle it, it sounds like your max
| requests must be up
| around 25-30?

Don't even remember what I have it set to. It's never worked, as far as
I know. I've certainly never seen it work in any version of CF I've
used.

| Also, I think its worth noting, that when our server crashes in this
| nature, I have not seen a hug increase in the number of IIS current
| connections. This number can be as low as 10-20 when this
| crash occurs on
| our server.

It could be simply the settings you have in CF Admin. The message I
sent you off-list will give you some suggestions on where to set these
numbers, to help performance and bring things up to speed somewhat.
