I agree with all arguments in favour of Professional Edition, but you 
forgot one thing: how are you going to secure a shared server with CF MX 
Pro?

You don't need load balancing for hosting small sites. You don't need 
failover for hosting small sites. You don't need native DB2 drivers for 
hosting small sites.

But you still need to buy Enterprise Edition because you do need Sandbox 
Security.
