I want to develop some custom tags at home, but I do not have access to a CF server. Is there a way (legally) that I can get a CF developer only version (for Linux) without buying anything (and doesn't expire)? anybody have any Links?
If not, I remember some one posting something about blue dragon (or something like that) - does that product have a free version (single ip only is fine) any suggestions?
