well if folks are using flat sites, the need for the dreamweaver/gui markup crowd is pretty minimal...
unless, the volume of work is so great.. this package can help alleviate that... and as long as they have a good team communications and someone on board from marketing/management who knows about consistency well the HTML markup god isn't really then needed... Then again, if people would invest in a dynamic CF driven site, they would already be doing most of this stuff... and this would be old news..
