At one point, Macromedia (or Allaire, I forget which) offered a tutorial CD, called "SkillBuilding" or something like that. You might look for that - it was around $75 or so. I don't know if it was any good, since I never used it. I don't know if it's still offered, but even if it isn't, you might be able to get it from someone.
