I'm not certain it's the one you're looking for, but I have one that's put out by "Southern Software". The (very poor) web site is here: http://ssifonts.com/ It's way too large, but "Shoestring" fonts are on page 19 of this catalog: http://ssifonts.com/SSIVOL13.PDF Just as a warning, none of the navigation links on the inner pages seem to work, however all the front page links do.
