Well, the J2EE world is very very, extremely large. There's no one book that can adequately explain all the portions of J2EE in detail without being perhaps 10,000 pages in length.
The portions of J2EE that pertain to CFMX would be servlets, JSP. JDBC is part of both J2SE and J2EE. JavaBeans are part of J2SE. There's nothing really in hardcopy about J2EE specifications, instead you see books and other materials about implementations about the specifications.
