WDDX for this , there is an example in BenFortas book that show you how to
do this in the other direction, but it should be easy to change (in VBA) (if
you don't want to buy the book, the examples are in the wddx SDK @
www.wddx.org )
It's pretty cool ....if you have any questions, you know what to do..
