yeah I use the free email client for cftalk. easiest way I have found to
control the message volumes. I used filters for a while, but it was a pain
in the ass floating from mail client to mail client, computer to computer,
blah de blah blah.
Which lends itself to some discussion in the past about someone creating the
website for cftalk. (with a syndication engine so we can all publish them).
complete with pictures, quotes, profiles of the message posters.

do this in the other direction, but it should be easy to change (in VBA) (if
you don't want to buy the book, the examples are in the wddx SDK @
