For basic SQL:
Sams Teach Yourself SQL in 10 Minutes (Ben Forta)

For SQL Server 2000 itself, the SQL Server Books Online is as good as
anything else. It's installed with SQL Server but since you're in a
shared environment you may have to find it on Microsoft's site
someplace.

Hello. I'm getting ready to work (for the first time) with SQL Server
2000 in a shared hoisting environment. it's for a job related site.. I'd

basic ropes and intermediate user info

Thanks
Tim
