Well put Rafael, I worked for Allaire for a while and to be honest it used to puzzle me as to why they added J-Run as a server when in many ways writing JSP's took longer and almost always ran more slowly than CFML. This was a while ago and of course it was another very far-sighted vision at the time as we now see CF move slowly out of the totally proprietary "toy" language era and perception just as Flash moves out of the "skip-intro" persona. What a future we all have.
I feel it is heartening to think that ColdFusion/J-Run does not really need Jeremy Allaire at Macromedia in order to assure it's future. And that is largely because of what was done by Jeremy, JJ and many others over the years. Thanks and good luck.
