Quanta was way better than BlueFish in my opinion, although its been a while since I used BF, so it might have improved. CFS5 running within Wine was quirky at best, certainly not something I'd want to spend much time using. Another similar option would be to install VMWare (or another emulator) which would let you run CFS natively, as well as potentially other windows-only apps like Access, should you need it.
