its about time. i'd suggest looking thru the badly named "international
char" forum for ideas but for starters:

1) the differences between what used to work/happen in cf5 & whats going on
now w/mx probably needs some content.

2) lets take up flash. while there's a bit more i18n content than cf, some
of the suggestions border on barbaric (handcoding unicode char codes for
instance). plus there's some confusion as to whether flashMX actually
supports unicode (one commericial component vendor told me it didn't). there
are several available components that for the life of me i couldn't get to
handle unicode, so something along the lines of "yes flashMX works with
unicode & here's how" (for cf folks) and "how to i18n existing flash
components" (for flash & cf) would be great, especially if it were a fairly
complex (ie useful) flash component.

3) char codes. most folks, it seems from the forums, verge on clueless or
regard it a some kind of vodoo. some of ryan cogswell's forums' posts on
this subject are pretty good explainations, might start with those.
