In order to help cfmail not choke, we use a loop around a cfmail tag,
outputting only a small chunk of the recordset.  Then we use a javascript
onload command to jump to another page which does the next bit after a short
pause.  It's not terribly efficient from a time point of view, but it works
for a couple of thousand people.
