Well, for most people it does; but, there are rare installation problems. Within the BlueDragon installation folder should be a file named "BlueDragon_Server_3.0.1_InstallLog.log". Can you email that to me (privately, not to the list--I'm sure not everyone wants to see it)? I'll have someone take a look at it on Monday morning.
