I do believe that was the major impact of the Adobe litigation. That's also why I uninstalled Hoemsite+ in favor of CF Studio v5. While some dismiss the issue as minor, it's major annoyance for me. Not sure what the terms of the settlement were but it sure would be nice if the two had decided to put customers first rather than their own egos.
