I agree. I wasn't really involved in the original thread or comment, I was
just coming in on the tail end noticing Sean mentioning the format. One of
those moments when you realize how varried the audience really might be. In
any event -- there's no need to apologize. :)

As an asside, I've actually been vaguely contemplating writing a book myself
recently. I would write it and then see if anyone wanted to publish it after
the fact. Finding or making the time for it may be problematic. I have two
tentative titles in mind. The Complete Compleat ColdFusioner which is an
allusion to an L. Sprague deCamp book I've never read. ;P or ColdFusion Best
Practices and Crack-Head Tricks. Jeff Houser voted for the latter. ;P

If I do end up writing it, I'll probably try to make it accessible in html
format on the web in addition to the/a print version. I'm not as yet
convinced that making print content available on the web will make book
sales completely unprofitable.
