See http://IMGate.MEIway.com, it's free and based on postfix.
On the IMGate site, just replace the Imail references with your CF
box. There's no dependence on Imail.
We've got about 50 on the IMGate mailing list, and about 10 of them have
reported success in setting up IMGate, even a couple did it on Linux, and a
couple have done as I have, set up two IMGate machines to have primary and
secondary MX's.
What's nice about postfix in a mail hub/gateway role is that is strictly an
MTA, no MUA, or POP3 / IMAP4 services to disable to acheive a pure MTA
config.
And why not use IMGate for your inbound, too, giving you anti-spam defense,
and taking your CF box out of DNS MX records completely, acheiving some CF
protection through stealth.
( And if you want a free, high-performance list server, build another
IMGate box and install www.Listar.org on it. )
