We care about their opinions -- we just don't want to give them prizes! :) In all seriousness, thanks for filling out the survey. Naturally we don't have anything against Canadians. We have to limit the contest to US residents because of contest and privacy laws. I think it's too bad, because if anyone needs an Amazon gift certificate, it's Canadians. Every book I pick up seems to be 20%-30% more expensive in Canada!
