If you can fire it up in a few minutes and start securely entering content that's free. If you need to spend a week figuring it out that's free too... Insofar as free is concerned the *download* is free. What you do with it from there is perhaps more your affair than you prefer. Or maybe not. What's your time worth? Maybe whats free is ready to rock right now and you will be as happy as the proverbial clam with that free solution. Have at it and enjoy. But I suspect it wqon't go that way. Free could mean a free download and 3 months' of a trained IT guy's salary figuring stuff out. Great if you are the IT guy, but sucky otherwise. I would argue though that doofus-user usability is the most important measure for any cms. All the wondrous features aside, if staff can't show up and do stuff -- unfettered by a security system that is present and working but transparent to their perception -- then it's a bad solution.
