Lessee: Dedicated server. 1. Machine, with current type OS, and with a CFMX license. 2. UPS equipment. 3. Connectivity, varies from ADSL to dedicated pipe. (varying levels of monthly rates and depends on geographical location of provider.) 4. Physical secure location. 5, Some level of support to maintain the box and system. The more availability, the more expensive. 6. Business overhead, insurance, utilities. etc.
Notes: A provider may have the purchasing power to license operating systems, at much discounted from retail pricing. Not so for CFMX, and any amount less than what is listed on the MM web site, will indicate either it is actually shared hosting, or is pirated software. What is it that you will be trying to do that will require a dedicated server?
