Well,

In that case I would definetly suggest Colony One. They are good about that
and work with you all the way. I would suggest you give them a call and like
I said tell them that I sent you (they will give you better pricing that
way..) and explain to them what your needs are..

They will work to set you up right and affordably. ;)
