The only MACR link I have seen (and applied) is the tag updater which does all the tag 
completion stuff for you.  I think it may include the html help files (not sure about 
this), but it does not integrate them with the Studio help pane - thats the bit I've 
done. Took about an hour, probably would have been easier if I'd read Charlie 
Arehart's article! ;-)
