We have a fairly large application here that isnt behaving well with cfmx. The db is a bit strained as it is so response time isnt as fast as I'd like it to be. There are 3 servers in the cluster and each fails daily. We havent been able to pinpoint the source. The apache logs dont have a consistent activitiy before failure. The program has occasionall errors that we get by cferror and in the logs but no good pattern. My idea was to set individual instances of cf on tomcat and part the app out among differnet instances. Then Perhaps it would either run fine and I could say the j2ee management fixed it (doubtful) or I could see which instance fails repeatedly so I can narrow my search for the problem. Hopefully, it might run better in general. What do you think?
