To be precise, you may set up a virtual server in IIS, but that's not the
same thing as a domain. The virtual server can be told to accept whatever
you specify as a host header, and as long as the DNS resolves that name
properly and sends the user to your virtual server's IP, it'll know how to
handle the host header.
