Thanks for the info, I got a domain setup as "foo.bar.domain.com" using DNS. I guess I was thinking backward.

The virtual server can be told to accept whatever you specify as a host header, and as long as the DNS resolves that name properly and sends the user to your virtual server's IP, it'll know how to handle the host header.
