If you're using the JVM 1.4.1 or later version, you need to use com.gp.java2d.ExHeadlessGraphicsEnvironment in your JVM args instead of com.gp.java2d.ExGraphicsEnvironment. If you do wind up having to make this switch, be sure to re-start the instance afterwards for the changes to take effect. Hope this helps?
