I wouldn't think this is possible since cf is server side.

However - Dreamweaver and flash both have detection scripts if you have 
a copy of them lying around.

Otherwise - this guy is very well known and has in depth flash detection 
scripts - moock.org

The code browser hawk has been mentioned several times on list which 
also has detailed information available about the browser.

macromedia.com and a simple search using "flash detection" will bring up 
plenty of options including shim.swf's etc ( which can be dynamically 
created and displayed using cf conditions.
