I've learned never to assume what someone means, especially in this area.
If I want to know what they mean, I just ask them. Often if the number is a
million plus, they've mis-interpreted visitors as "hits" or page views, not
distinct users or user sessions. Rarely do you find sites that have a
million of these. Best to ask them and if you're quoting statistics, be
VERY clear what you mean and it makes your numbers more credible to the
audience.

But still you haven't told me what do CEO guys think when they said they
have one milion visitors per day. Do they mean hits or vissitor sessions?
