They don't crash. Excepting to install some updates last night, I've had it on with DW and various other programs open for weeks. My win2k office workstation, on the other hand, requires me to restart dreamweaver at least once a day, and reboot once a week. Also, my production servers are all *nix, so I don't have to deal with any of the potential problems moving code from windows dev machines to *nix production. Finally, you can run all the X11 apps you know and love right on the desktop intermixed with your other OSX apps. And if you're still hooked to windows, you can run emulation software or a terminal services client and easily get your MS fix.
