I see what your saying, but there is a noticable
difference in the print quality of an image that is 72dpi that has
been increased in pixel dimensions to match at print at 300dpi
with the same pixel dimensions. (Probably has more to do with
JPEG compression than anything else)  That's why I prefer to have two
separate files...one for onscreen display at 72dpi and one for
downloading and printing at 300dpi.

My experience has been that the 300 dpi image will provide a better
print than the 72 dpi image at the same pixel dimensions...
