Massimo is completely correct. For example:
In DWMX, you can rather easily search for all occurances of an img tag without an alt attribute that exists within an a tag with an href attribute. You can also search for all alt tags without an alt attribute not inside a tags and add a blank alt attribute. Some things I didn't see mentioned, you can also save any search criteria, and share it with other developers, and new in 2004 you can Find and Replace within selected text and within open documents (like CFS), and in MX and 2004, you can Find and Replace on selected files or in a site, with unnecessary directories cloaked (unlike CFS).
