We have been using Corda's PopCharts here at Baylor Health Care System for quite some time, and it has proven to work out great over the enterprise. It has a very robust engine and a fairly intuitive chart builder application. It works with .NET, CF, Java, ASP very well. You can check it out at www.corda.com.
