We've used PopCharts for a few years and have been pretty happy with it. It's a little expensive but it's easy to integrate and robust.
We also sell a graphing package for Flash--not made for use with CF but it can be integrated with a little work (will be much easier when we have the Flash MX 2004 version using Flash Elements). Can I ask what features you're looking for that CFCHART doesn't have? We never bothered creating cf custom tag wrappers simply because cfchart is pretty feature-rich.
