Hi Joshua, I agree it's unfair to blame a vendor for a user's lack of effort, but at the same time I think it's perfectly fair to apportion at least part of the blame on vendors who release product after product with the *same* vulnerabilities, and don't even provide their users with any info or help on how this is a problem. Outlook and it's variants have this problems because of a "feature" that's been there for quite some time now, and which is on by default - the vast majority of users don't know enough to even find out what these things mean.
