Still new to Linux....and the client was pretty much hell bent on it...and we were hell bent on SQL Server....win win ;-)
The bonus is the ISP that will host the 2 co-lo boxes will handle most of the Linux issues for us!!

Basically, same as Windows-to-Windows. You don't need IP addresses if you have a server name, FYI.
This is an EXCELLENT setup. I've worked with it in the past, and it's tough to beat. CF seems faster on Linux; SQL Server is - like it or not MS bashers - a solid, easy to administer DB.
The downside is having to have the smarts to handle Linux and Windoze admin, but that's not too hard for smart folks.
