You need to purchase an internet licence per processor, which are about
$3000 each (or at least thats what I remember from about 10 months ago).

An ordinary user licence won't cut it as it covers a specific number of user
licences.
It could be argued that you only need a single user licence because only one
user (the user in the connection details) will be accessing the datasource.
However I think this situation is covered by a concurrent connection clause
and given that CF will create multiple concurrent connections to the
datasource you're back up to multiple users.

I can't remember the exact details, as I said it was about 10 months ago
when I last looked at SQL licences, but I think that all the clauses in the
licence add up to mean that you pretty much need an unlimited user licence
and the internet licence works out cheaper in the long run.
