I guess you could call it that, although I haven't done anything that could
really be considered OOP (no classes, no inheiritence).

I don't think Fusebox makes any attempts to be object oriented either, it
simply goes for a modular approach.  Not to delve too much OT for the
thread, but have you looked at cfobjects.com?
