I too have been searching for something to retrieve MLS listings just
to post on a website for a realtor. However most all I have seen
charge
about $300 to $400 a year for the service.

Budget not big enough to warrant it yet. So I have been looking for
alternatives, suggestions are greatly appreciated!!

I discovered that there's and xml standard that MLS supports.  I just
can't get my hands on the standard.  I wounder if there is a custom tag,
similar to the cyberCash tag, that to controls the interface.  I'm also
thinking that there may be a cfhttp solution.  I'm sure that that this
is popular request.  Some has to have a coldfusion solution to it.

PS
I not looking for a real estate content management application.  I
already have a frame work I just want to retreive MLS feeds.
