I'm confused why they want to do this. From what I understand, the Do Not
Call list is to prevent unsolicited calls from organizations where there's
no prior relationship. If they provide you with their phone number, you're
allowed to call them. (which is different from you buying a list of phone
numbers with their number on it -- then the DNC list would apply if there
was no existing relationship)
