Thanks for the replies!

In light of this, does anyone have any suggestions on how I could put a
bottom border on a cell?  I was doing it with stylesheets without a problem
but since 97 does not support the extended styles (it does support font
settings, bolding and such) then I need to figure out a way to mimic the
borders.

Any ideas?  In some cases I can simply turn the borders on, for the tables
that completely surround the data.  However in other cases I need just a
bottom line.

Thanks again!
Hatton
