Chris,
I'm using powersurge myself, and as far as I know, they're using CF
enterprise. I emailed them back in May or June about tag restrictions and
they claim to have none. I've not used the CFDIRECTORY tag on their servers
yet but CFFILE works pretty well.

Do you know if they have cffile and cfdirectory (or cfx_file and
cfx_directory) and cfmail available?
