That's done with any keyboard combination you desire by choosing Edit Keyboard Shortcuts and drilling down to the CFML comments under the Insert grouping and assigning your preference there. You can also use the CFML Insert Bar.

I map network drives with my OS.

I open html source on a particular page in the browser by viewing source and pasting.
