will wrap around the current selection or insertion point.
You have to map a network drive in Windows Explorer, and then you can use it
in dreamweaver, just like any other drive.
I don't think you can do an "open from web" with dreamweaver, though you can
probably set IE to use dreamweaver as it's default HTML editor, and then
click on the 'edit' button in the IE toolbar.
