Google will only index an Url with a ? IF it comes from a static page (i.e.
one without a ?). This means that if your entire site is dynamic other than
the index.cfm, then your in trouble index wise. SES urls is a MUST when
dealing with highly dynamic sites. The HoF archives are all dynamic and
Google has indexed most of it (literally).
