one in the CFDJ magazine - but I'm trying to finesse it so that it handles
multiple trees the way Celko proposes (i.e. all with left = 1 instead of
just "above" the previous tree). Though, I might give up on that and go back
to the way it was. And, I want to incorporate the ordering stuff first.
