Try adding all 3 of these to the mail. Spam assassin is seeing that one
exists but not the other, which says its hand coded and probably spam:
X-MSMail-Priority: Normal
X-Mailer: Microsoft Outlook Express 6.00.2800.1158
X-MimeOLE: Produced By Microsoft MimeOLE V6.00.2800.1165
