Isn't that subscription restricted to a specified vendor list? Who in

resell it to us peasants? I'd love to have my own ZIP+4 list with

that will send you a CD every quarter with their ZIP+4 database updates.

Curious, most people hold a static list for ZIP validation or do you

a real-time service lookup? I imagine it'd be static considering ZIPs
