Currently I wrote wscript/vbscript script which makes a
microsoft.xmlhttp object and sends requests with it, parsing the
response headers. I'm wondering if it's possible to avoid sending a
request to get the cookies, but instead, perform more of a "lookup" in
MSIE's cookie repository.

Just to clarify....are you trying to read ALL the cookies or just
cookies set by your app?

Subject: OT-reading msie cookies
does anyone know if it is possible in VBscript/Wscript to read cookie
data from MSIE without using Microsoft.xmlhttp or some other object
which uses MSIE behind the scenes (and gets MSIE's cookies and cache)
to
actually send a request?
Thanks in advance.
