I've run into this problem before. This is some strange issue with
CFStudio: maybe a bug, though I'm thinking it lies in the installation
routines. Anyhow, the only solution I've found is to uninstall then
reinstall CFStudio. However, a colleague said he had the same problem,
and instead of uninstalling, he installed HomeSite 4.5 (4.5.1?)
afterwards.. apparently, HomeSite's rds support isn't as buggy as
Studio's, and as a result, CFStudio started working correctly.
